When technical skills alone aren't enough

De wet van Ohm (Ohm's Law) steps in when a technical challenge calls for experience, involvement and a practical approach.

Not every technical challenge can be clearly defined beforehand. Sometimes, what is needed is someone who quickly understands what is going on, gets involved and helps move things forward.

De wet van Ohm believes in working together. Not from the sidelines, but by getting involved in what is happening. Working independently where needed, together where possible.

Different sides of the same technology

Throughout my career, I have experienced vehicle technology from quite a few different perspectives. Both cars and motorcycles, in the workshop, as a trainer and training developer, in various technical roles for importers and manufacturers, and hands-on investigating and solving technical problems, with a repaired vehicle for the customer as end goal.

Those different roles have taught me to look at technology from different angles. A technical challenge rarely exists in isolation. The people involved, the circumstances and history of the challenge play a big part in identifying a good solution.

I apply that experience with De wet van Ohm. By looking at what a particular situation requires and adapting my role accordingly.

Special technical projects

Restorations, modifications, problem vehicles, electrical installations, wiring harnesses or other technical challenges. Work for which there is no standard approach.

Specialist technical training

Teaching people something they can actually use. Diagnosis, vehicle electronics or other technical subjects. A training course is successful when participants go home with knowledge and skills they can put into practice.
